Twenty-one of the twenty-six episodes of the children’s series ‘Trapped’ will be directed by recent graduates of the WA Screen Academy.

Veteran producer Bruce Best of Northway Productions is making the series in Broome for the 7 Network. He has chosen to go with new blood in selecting directors Ben Young, Sam Barrett, Claire Marshall and Paul Komadina to direct a block of episodes each. In addition to the directors Bruce has also hired one of the Editors, Ivan Davidov, 1st AD, Dayne Blundell-Camden and Camera and Editing Assistant, Ben Pascoe to work on the production.
