The WA Screen Academy will train students to shoot a number of short films on the Red Camera in 2010. And there are still slots for five students for 2010, including an editor and a scriptwriter.

The revolutionary ‘Red’ camera will be used will be used for the short dramas made by the WA Screen Academy in 2010. Director John Rapsey says. “This High Definition technology and workflow is rapidly gaining acceptance in both television drama and features. It is important that our students are trained and get experience on this equipment.”
