The Activating Human Rights Film Festival is being held in Byron Bay as the finale for the Activating Human Rights and Peace Conference. The films selected seek solutions and show how individuals can create some form of positive change in a world that is experiencing a range of social injustices.
The session screenings have been structured to highlight affirmative steps that can be taken in overcoming adversity and initiating transformation, both on an individual and community level. This year Northern River Filmmakers are strongly represented in the Festival.
