Of the 62 short films screened at this year’s Tribeca Film Festival, New York Magazine selected Len’s Love Story as one of their top five.

Written and directed by Australian film maker, Sonia Whiteman, ‘Len’s Love Story’ was financed by the FTO’s Young Filmmaker’s fund. Filmed on location in rural NSW and starring Damon Herriman (Candy, Love My Way), Kerry Walker (The Piano, Babe) and Mia Wasikowska (Suburban Mayhem), the fifteen minute short was also the only Australian short film to be selected for one of the world’s most prestigious events on the short film calendar – the Clermont -Ferrand International Short Film Festival in France in January this year.
