Circe Films is currently in production on a documentary “Damper to Dumplings” – A History of Modern Australian Food. “Damper to Dumplings” is a tasteful and authentic history of modern Australian food through the eyes of author and cook Margaret Fulton, a pioneer of the Australian kitchen – from the meat and three veg of 1940’s and 50’s, 60’s pasta, 70’s fondue, 80’s salmon mousse, to the Asian fusion of the 90’s.
