About the role
As the Integrated Designer, you will play a key role in creating and delivering designs across digital, print, packaging, and brand channels, supporting growth and retention efforts for Honeysuckle Health and its corporate and consumer brands.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will work collaboratively to produce engaging and high-quality creative assets that align with our mission to transform healthcare access in Australia.
This hands-on role combines digital expertise and a passion for packaging design, ensuring seamless brand consistency across all mediums. Your work will directly impact the success of marketing campaigns, product launches, and retention initiatives, contributing to the growth of Honeysuckle Health.
Key Deliverables
Digital Design
- Design and optimize digital assets for web, email, social media, and display ads.
- Create responsive website elements, landing pages, and banners that align with campaign objectives.
- Design email templates and visual assets for CRM initiatives to support retention efforts.
Print & Packaging Design
- Develop packaging designs that align with brand guidelines and production specifications (and sometimes test the limits)
- Create print collateral such as POS materials, signage, and event/activation elements.
- Ensure all print and packaging designs are high-quality and production-ready.
Brand Development
- Support the evolution of brand guidelines and maintain consistent visual identity across channels.
- Assist in creating internal and external brand assets for partnerships, product launches, and marketing campaigns.
Content Creation
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop short-form video, animations, and motion graphics for paid and organic digital campaigns.
- Assist with photo editing and image curation to enhance digital and print designs.
Project Management
- Manage and prioritize design projects, collaborating with the Creative Lead to ensure timely delivery.
- Provide regular updates on project status and ensure alignment with marketing and business goals.
Collaboration
- Work closely with the marketing and product teams to understand campaign goals and translate them into effective designs.
- Collaborate with external agencies, printers, and production teams to ensure quality and timely execution.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 5+ years in a design role with experience across digital, print, and packaging design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and motion design tools (After Effects or Premiere Pro preferred).
- Demonstrated experience in creating production-ready packaging designs.
- Strong understanding of typography, composition, color theory, and brand consistency.
- Experience designing for responsive web, email, and social media platforms.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Meticulous approach to ensuring quality and consistency in all outputs.
- Adaptability to work across diverse projects in a fast-paced environment.
