Performers facing reducing conditions

Every four years, the Fair Work Commission reviews the terms of ‘modern awards’, and is trundling towards the Broadcasting and Recorded Entertainment Award 2010.

The employer organisations and the unions have been making submissions since last September, and the first directions hearing hit the courts in Melbourne on Wednesday February.
