The Australian Film, Television and Radio School has been deep in self-reflection and reconfiguration, just as the entire sector is working in a frenzy of change. Everything is up for grabs.

CEO Neil Peplow has taken the organisation back to basics. He has been described as a person with a powerful sense of neatness, which drives him to work on the coherence of the organisation. He wants a clear sense of purpose to drive the whole organism.
