GCAP is Australia’s premier professional development and networking event, providing valuable insights and connections for the game development industry.

• A set amount of $2,000 to assist with flights, accommodation and registration will be provided and as such, a budget is not required as part of the application.
• In addition to this, five more places will be provided for practitioners who are exhibiting their game at a major event during MIGW (e.g. PAX Aus) with a set amount of $3,000 to assist with flights, accommodation and booth expenses. Exhibition applications must include a proof of confirmation that a booth or display area at the event has been booked.
• A limited number of practitioners will be supported.
• Screenwest recognises the work that goes into the preparation and submission of applications. Due to the anticipated high volume of applicants, we are unable to provide individual feedback on individual applications.
