The Fraser Shorts Film Festival serves as a vibrant hub of creativity, uniting filmmakers, and musicians from the region to celebrate the art of storytelling. As a festival that embraces diversity and innovation, Fraser Shorts Film Festival welcomes entries in various categories, including – Fiction, Drama, Comedy, Animated, Experimental, Documentary, Environmental, Indigenous, Music Video, Student Film, and Local Film.
The Fraser Shorts Film Festival will have a screening of the finalists in both Maryborough on Friday 24th October and in Hervey Bay on the Saturday, 25th October, with the Awards night on the 26th October.
We will also be hosting special pop-up screenings in October and special venues across the region showcasing entries from the Fraser Shorts Film Festival.
