Use your imagination, what does “CHANGE” mean to you? How does “CHANGE” impact your life. Humans can not live without “CHANGE”. All around us is “CHANGE”
Films can be shorter than but, no longer than 7:00 minutes long, including credits and titles.
Awards will be decided by a panel of expert film makers based on artistic quality, originality and film making production skills.
