Series. It’s 1987, and Detective Georgia Cooke (Mia Wasikowska) is called in to investigate the massacre of four scientists who have been brutally murdered in inexplicable ways, with a lone survivor the obvious suspect. But as Georgia digs deeper, unravelling a complex case entangled in mania, ritual and the occult, her obsessive quest for the truth spirals into a nightmare that will put her family, career and sanity on the line.

Some 37 years later, a chilling new spree of murders will pull Georgia (Heather Mitchell) back into this nightmare as she confronts the terrifying possibility that the horrors at Parrish Station were never fully buried.

Alongside Mia Wasikowska and Heather Mitchell, the cast includes Xavier Samuel, Robert Taylor, Alan Dale, Emma Lung, Doris Younane, Kat Hoyos, Nic English, Alex Malone, Geoff Morrell, Rob Carlton, Alex Lee, Cameron James and newcomer Grace Owens. Watch the trailer.

Reality series. Season 13 of Alone raises the stakes like never before – crowning the first-ever World Champion. For the first time in the series’ history, 10 elite survivalists from around the globe will be dropped deep inside the Arctic Circle, along the unforgiving Richardson Mountains of Canada’s Northwest Territories.

Representing Australia is Nero Buys from regional New South Wales. After a career in the Australian Army including serving in Afghanistan, he left the army to become a stay-at-home dad. During this time, he discovered a love for bushcraft and sharing this knowledge with others, including setting up a children’s outdoor program alongside his wife Jen. Now he is keen to bring his years of Australian bushcraft experience to the Alone challenge and compete for the title of World Champion.

Power Book III: Raising Kanan Season 5 – 12 June

Series. Kanan solidifies his place in the Queens drug business alongside Southside legend Breeze (Shameik Moore), and their alliance sets the stage for a reckoning that will ripple through every player in this dangerous game.

Whether it’s the Thomas family facing the collapse of their reign, Unique (Joey Bada$$) fighting to preserve his legacy or the Mafia maneuvering behind the scenes, many sacrifices will be made. However, nothing will stand in the way of Kanan’s pursuit of power.

Film (2025). In this science-fiction action adaptation of Stephen King’s famous novel (adapted previously with Arnold Schwarzenegger in the lead role), director Edgar Wright leads his cast through a near-future America run by a media network known as the Network. The highest rating program on the channel is The Running Man, in which contestants win big money if they can survive for 30 days while the Network’s five hunters try to track them down.

Starring Glen Powell, William H Macy, Lee Pace, Michael Cera and Emilia Jones.

Film (2025). Timothée Chalamet plays Marty Mauser, a wily hustler with a dream no one respects who goes to hell and back in the pursuit of greatness. This propulsive odyssey from Josh Safdie (If I Had Legs I’d Kick You, Good Time, Uncut Gems) was nominated for nine Academy Awards, and stars an ensemble cast including Gwyneth Paltrow, Odessa A’zion, Tyler, The Creator and Kevin O’Leary.
