Shakespeare and Hathaway: Private Investigators Season 5 – 22 July

After going their separate ways, grumpy ex-detective Frank Hathaway, played by Mark Benton, and warm-hearted ex-hairdresser Lu Shakespeare, played by Jo Joyner, find themselves drawn back together when a new case reignites their unlikely partnership. With their witty assistant alongside them, the team tackles a fresh collection of baffling crimes and eccentric suspects.

Mint Season 1 – 17 July

Series. A reimagined Romeo & Juliet set against two rival gangs in industrial Scotland, where loyalty and love collide.
Written and directed by Charlotte Regan (Scrapper, Standby, The Responder), this beautifully shot series is celebrated for its distinctive, dreamlike aesthetic, drawing on her background in music videos and a bold streak of magical realism.
The series follows Shannon, played by Emma Laird, the daughter of a powerful crime family, whose world unravels when she falls for someone from the opposing side. Loyalty, betrayal, and impossible choices follow.

Bodies in the Snow: The Murder of Joanna Yeates – 10 July

Documentary (2025). Following the case of Joanna Yeates, who was found murdered in 2010 in Bristol England, after which her innocent landlord was wrongly accused before a Dutch national was caught and sent to prison.
Father Brown Season 13 – 30 June

Series. Season 13 sees the surprise return of parish secretary Mrs McCarthy, who joins Father Brown to solve one final case. Meanwhile, Father Brown becomes entangled in a dangerous mission to visit his nemesis Father Lazarus in prison, and he faces a race against time to find the newly appointed bishop before his consecration.

Grace Season 6 – 2 July

Series. The Brighton-set detective drama returns with four gripping investigations and its most emotionally-charged storyline yet.
