Colin From Accounts Season 3 – from 27 July
Series. One of Binge’s most successful original scripted series, and a global phenomenon in the UK on the BBC and the US on Paramount+ with a certified fresh score of 100% on Rotten Tomatoes, the final season of Colin from Accounts picks up in the aftermath of Gordon’s ill-fated proposal. Double episode premiere followed by weekly episodes.

‘It’s been three years since Gordon (Patrick Brammall) made a dick of himself by publicly proposing to Ashley (Harriet Dyer). How are they doing? Pretty well… unless by ‘they’ you mean their relationship together, because that no longer exists.
‘Colin From Accounts has never shied away from the fact that its two leads may not be made for each other. The first season saw the slightly sad sack Gordon and the occasionally abrasive Ashley brought together by the dog they accidentally maimed. It was a bit of a bumpy ride, and the second season started with them firmly together, only to have things gradually start to fray.
‘At least they always had Colin (the dog) with a wheeled harness strapped to his rear end. Now Gordon has custody of Colin, Ashley is a GP, they broke up after his failed proposal and haven’t even spoken in six months. Both of them have moved on.’ Read more …

It’s here, as a kid (played by Leo Cocovinis) that Lionel discovers his ability to keenly perceive the sound of music – not just as shimmering colour (interestingly never visualised by Hermanus) but also a taste on his tongue – is a gift most unusual.

‘Hannah is auditioning actors to play a version of her father Jim (John Lithgow), a firebrand gay activist based in Amsterdam, along with her salt-of-the-earth, sassy mother, Katherine (Deborah Kennedy). The two separated when Hannah and her sister Emily (Kate Box) were kids but in Hannah’s recollection, it was an amicable arrangement that honoured Jim’s queerness and need for freedom.’
