Changes likely for online censorship

According to Australian law online sites with R18 content are required to verify the age of users before giving them access to censored material. But a quick Google test establishes beyond doubt that this system is not working.

While galleries and art fairs have removed work by Paul Yore and Mike Brown any child with a smart phone can access porn sites galore. The question faced by the Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA) is whether it is possible to produce a better system.
