UK “women orientated” pay channel Living TV has acquired the rights to the New Zealand drama Outrageous Fortune. Produced by South Pacific Pictures and distributed by All3Media International, it will screen in early 2007.

Outrageous Fortune premiered on TV3 in July 2005.

Created by James Griffin (Sione’s Wedding, Serial Killers) and Rachel Lang (Mercy Peak, Maddigan’s Quest), the series follows the pathologically criminal West family as they attempt to clean up their act and go straight.
