Your new role

We’re on the lookout for a Video and Motion Graphics Designer who’s passionate about bringing ideas to life through bold, engaging visual solutions. In this role, you’ll be creating standout work that sets our brand and services apart, helping us connect with audiences and achieve real impact for both our organisation and our clients.

As part of our creative team, you’ll play a key role in producing emotionally engaging visual content for digital campaigns, social media, internal comms, service promotions, and fundraising or advocacy projects. You’ll be responsible for delivering edited videos and motion graphics across a range of mediums and channels—while always ensuring all outputs align with our brand identity, tone of voice, and accessibility standards.

Your skills and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or professional qualifications in film production, screen and media, or digital media.
  • Demonstrated experience in video editing, motion graphs, animation and digital campaigns
  • A thorough understanding of brand guidelines, identities, typography and colour.
  • Strong use and understanding of Adobe software (Premier Pro, After effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in Graphic Design for both digital and print outputs (favourable)
  • Strong attention to detail and demonstrated ability to work independently.
