SF3 – the SmartFone Flick Fest is one of the most innovative and accessible film festivals in the world and they want your films. They are open for entries for shorts up to 20 mins by filmmakers of all ages and abilities and they even have a special category for filmmakers 16 years and under. There is over $40,000 in prizes on offer including mentorships, new phones/tablets, lenses, mics, apps, memberships and classes.
SF3’s Festival Ambassadors include Phillip Noyce, Kriv Stenders, Nicole da Silva, Kerry Armstrong, Christopher Stollery, Jon Bell & Stan Grant. They are proud to introduce the SF3 First Nations Award in 2021 with a prize pool of $7000 alone and the SF3 Mini Award sponsored by the UNAA.
To enter, simply shoot a short film from 1 to 20 minutes in length, completely on your smartphone or tablet and enter it at sf3.com.au by September 1st.
