A strong line up of celebs will shamelessly flaunt their stuff on the dancefloor once more. Not a Celebrity Survivor amongst them.

The magic and glamour of the ballroom is back with the sixth series of the smash hit variety show DANCING WITH THE STARS returning soon to Seven.

Ten diverse celebrities, from a sultry songstress, talented actors, professional athletes, a television journalist, to a farmer and a horticulturalist, will put their fancy footwork to the test in a live ballroom dancing competition.

Series six will showcase the grace, energy and entertainment of the ballroom that viewers have come to adore with some surprise elements. For the first time ever disco will be added to the dance styles performed and there will be a big twist during the series for the celebrities.

Will they be ready to rumba, shimmy and twirl their way through this demanding competition and escape elimination by the judges and the viewers week after week to become the DANCING WITH THE STARS champion of series six?

Guiding the celebrities through their ballroom and Latin dance moves are their professional dancer partners:

Fifi Box (radio announcer) Paul Green (new)
Tim Campbell (actor) Natalie Lowe
Kate Ceberano (singer) John-Paul Collins (new)
Kimberley Davies (actor) Paul Zaidman (new)
Jamie Durie (horticulturalist/landscape designer/TV presenter) Amanda Garner
David Graham (farmer/ reality contestant) Eliza Campagna
Tatiana Grigorieva (Olympic pole vaulter) Brendan Humphreys (new)
Naomi Robson (television journalist) Csaba Szirmai

Hosted by Daryl Somers and co-host Sonia Kruger, the show is telecast live every Tuesday. Each week one couple will be voted off by a combination of votes from viewers and the judges – Todd McKenney, Paul Mercurio, Helen Richey and Mark Wilson.

DANCING WITH THE STARS is based on a popular BBC format and is produced for Channel Seven by Granada Productions.
