As part of the Melbourne International Film Festival’s Talking Pictures sessions, a free seminar on entertainment law and legal issues will be presented in conjunction with Film Victoria and the Arts Law Centre of Australia on July 24.

Speakers are Peter Carstairs of the Arts Law Centre and Simone Carrel, Event Coordinator- Filming, City of Melbourne.

This is a free forum targeted at emerging filmmakers and producers. Patrons are asked to go to the ACMI Box Office to secure their place, from 1pm on the day of the session: Saturday 24 July 3.30-6.00pm at ACMI Cinema 1.
