Docs out of AWGIES noms, TV glows, Guild goes theatrical on night

The AWGIES nominations are interesting this year in a stark way. There are no nominees in the DOCUMENTARY – PUBLIC BROADCAST (INCLUDING VOD) OR EXHIBITION category.

None at all. The AWG has been encouraging documentary filmmakers to claim money for scripts from Screenrights, in their long dispute.
