Universal has a comedy called Sorry to Bother You, on limited release though it is described as thoroughly bonkers, enchants reviewers and has that ambiguous word absurdist dangling off its tummy. Also said to be manically energetic. 

Another version of The Grinch is out, grumpily. And boy-and-racehorse film Lean on Pete. Take your tissues.
