Star Wars – The Last Jedi opens tonight. If you care, you know that already. The monster will roll through Xmas. Paddington 2 starts on 21 December, while Coco launches on 26 December. It looks to me as if we have very few true tentpoles this year, and a calendar crowded by realistic mid-range films with beloved actors.
