That’s what we call light classics. Image: Andre Rieu in Maastricht 2018.

We had a quiet weekend as the week 30-36 slump begins, closely matching the pattern for 2017. Most of Australia is physically warm but winter still seems to send the population inside.

Top of the ladder is Mamma Mia!: here we go again, which has made $12.9m in ten days. It is already losing screens, is down to 531 from 587 and at $7351/screen. It is certainly popular – at $4m for the weekend it doubled the result of number two, The Equaliser2.
