Box Office: Ladies will slip away while Backtrack Boys chews a bone slowly

Backtrack Boys is hanging in while the multiplexes are dominated by two films.

Fantastics Beasts hurtles out on 699 screens at $12,300/screen to make a cool $9.5m, while Bohemian Rhapsody is still at $13,000 in week three as the number of cinemas drops to 388. Everything has been neatly calculated to give it $23.6m so far. 

A Star is Born has made $26.8m in five weeks, down no to an average of $5,600 off its 326 screens.
