Box Office 29 July 2019: Pussy cat, pussy cat, what do you see?

Across Australia harassed parents are driving cars full of kids singing ‘The Lion Sleeps Tonight.’ Some opinions say the new version of that song is plain creepy but around two million locals seem to disagree. It has made $41m in two weeks, is still on 857 screens at $13,133/screen and $11.26m over this weekend. That is a lot. It has now just beaten Toy Story 4 which has been out for six weeks.
