Parts of the mainstream media will get the bile bucket out over this incident, but we have a twist about production methodology.

The ABC accidentally repeated last week’s episode of Mad as Hell last night and its alert audience realised immediately. The switchboard lit up, while Shaun Micallef pulled his phone out of his dressing gown and went a-twitter.
