My Kitchen Rules continues to almost double the ratings of The Block as the Seven v Nine battle takes a familiar shape. Home and Aways is going back to normal as its five city figure sinks to 960,000.

Ten is saved by the cricket and clears 20%, whie the ABC pays for its nondescript night by trailing by 5%. QI is at 669,000 in the five cities, followed by Spicks and Specks with 598,000. The Moodies now have a definite case of the gloms with no more than 456,000.
