Foxtel has added a welcome level of energy to a local television drama and comedy sector facing cuts to the ABC, SBS, Screen Australia along with uncertainty at the state agency level.
It has said that it will ‘double its investment in new Australian scripted, factual, lifestyle and entertainment programming by 2018.’
