Seven surrenders completely to Olympics

In 408 hours, Seven is managing to broadcast five thousand hours of Olympic coverage. Après nous le déluge, as Louis XV used to say, anticipating the invention of Twitter.

Having recovered the Olympics with an option to keep them until 2024, Seven is determined to work them like a mine manager pulling gold from a shaft with donkeys. 

We will now see wall-to-wall, tear-to-tear coverage on not one but four channels, if we include the 70 version in HD.  All three feeds will be offered on mobiles and computers.
