Senses of Cinema is a quiet achiever in Australian screen culture which was smacked on the head when Screen Australia defunded publications, with no obvious way of securing extra revenue. You’d need to be mug to think it is a major driver of audiences to Australian cinemas, or an essential partner for academic publishers.
