The Australian International Documentary Conference (AIDC) has extended the deadline for filmmakers and producers to pitch their documentary or factual content ideas to an extraordinary line-up of international decision-makers at The FACTory – happening as part of AIDC 2016, the premier event for the Asia-Pacific factual screen content sector, which takes place at Melbourne’s ACMI from 28 February to 2 March 2016.

The FACTory is a unique new pitching forum for short and long-form documentary and factual screen content. Project submissions will now be accepted until midnight Monday 18 January, and participation will provide an incredible opportunity for both early-career and established filmmakers to directly access content buyers, distributors and project facilitators. Presented in a dynamic live forum format, The FACTory takes place at Federation Square’s Deakin Edge on Wednesday 2 March.
