About the Role:

• We are seeking an experienced Motion Designer to collaborate with various teams and work closely with the product design leads.
• In this role, you will be involved in creating a variety of video products such as sizzle reels, showcases, product demos, and motion graphics for internal marketing.
• You will be responsible for elevating the brand through compelling design and owning projects from discovery to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with the motion design team and product design leads across multiple projects
• Work with Adobe suite tools to create motion graphics for internal product marketing
• Manage design projects from briefing to concept and final delivery
• Collaborate with stakeholders to iterate on designs and share updates via internal channels (e.g., Slack)

Must Have Skills/Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in a similar motion design role
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Creative Cloud
• Strong understanding of editing, visual storytelling, and animation principles
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage timelines and production needs
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and deliver projects under tight deadlines

Nice to Haves:

• Experience with Figma
• Experience in the tech, product, or software industry
• Previous experience with large creative agencies
