About the opportunity
We are looking for an Assistant Content Producer, social media to join the USYD Central Social Media team, that sits within the Brand and Content team, which is part of the wider University of Sydney Marketing and Communications team. The Central Social media team is responsible for igniting, building, and nurturing the University’s vibrant community through its social media channels.
Join the team that is responsible for documenting, creating and distributing the incredible stories that demonstrate Leadership For Good from the University of Sydney. We are on the hunt for a hardworking, enthusiastic, and motivated individual to join as the Assistant Content Producer to help us story tell and keep up with our content demands on each of our channels.
You will have
- strong familiarity with social media trends and channels, and proven ability to generate engaging content
- experience in creating and editing video for social media
- excellent content writing, editing and proof-reading skills to ensure a standard the meets editorial requirements and objectives
- high level oral and written communication, interpersonal, negotiation, analytical and problem-solving skills
- software experience in Adobe Premier Pro
- creative thinking skills.
