The Studio Ghibli festival, in full swing at the moment, is a remarkable moment. It turns out that this is the only time [presumably outside Japan] that all the studio’s output has been presented at the same event. Even the version running in the US only has the Miyazaki pictures in them. I am told the co-ordination of the screenings and material has been very complicated.
