As an independent artist, you wear many hats and you have to do all the jobs. You’re the talent, the muscle, the salesman, the marketing department, the finance manager, and you are also the CEO. As your business grows and you become more successful, the roles become bigger and more time consuming. At this point, the role of CEO typically gets put on the back burner and you end up working harder and harder to keep up with demand and opportunity.

It’s vital for you to spend some time looking at your business from the perspective of a CEO.
