Celebrity Splash: Banijay give Eyeworks injunctivitis

A move by French production group Banijay International might give Seven a massive pain in the diving board. Banijay has asked a German court for an injunction against production of the Eyeworks format Celebrity Splash. Seven announced this week that a local version of the format would be part of its 2013 program.
