ARRI: sells half, throws some away in mega-historic deal

The AR part of the ARRI company has been sold to the RI part, ending 95 years of joint ownership. Meanwhile, the company`s recently-released Alexa Plus 4:3 has been found to throw away frames under certain conditions.
