Terminally ill pensioner sues producers over investment

Frank Woodward, 71, is suing the individual producers and executive producers of King of the Mountain to recover $220,000 invested in the film, which was never made. Woodward has filed a claim in the Federal Court. The claim states that Woodward is suffering from terminal cancer, bi-polar disorder, and depression, and names producers Mark Tesoreiro (Bad Bush, Tom Kennedy, Bill Leimbach (Beneath Hill 60) and Michael McMichael.
