WIFT Victoria and a clever way to celebrate International Women’s Day

WIFT Victoria has a lovely way of honouring women in the Victorian industry. On International Womens’ Day, it showcases female graduates of Victorian film schools.

This year, the event is at Backlot at 65 Haig Street South Melbourne at 6.30 on Thursday 9th March.
 
‘A 90 minute compilation of short films will be shownfollowed by a Q&A panel of women filmmakers. Light refreshments will be served after the panel & drinks are available at bar prices.
 
‘Victorian screen industry & womens’ organisation members & film school students are warmly invited to attend.
