How to build a full life in the screen trade

What is a hero in the screen sector? She is a person who makes gripping television or film projects, and/or touches the artistic soul of our culture, and/or plays well overseas. There is a special category of heads of department who as a mob win more Oscars than any of our official creatives. They are compelling and defining people.
