One thing about replacing Ian Booth with Seph McKenna – they are both really courteous, incredibly genial, smart as whips and good company. 

McKenna has spent the last eleven years as Head of Australian Production for Roadshow Films, responsible for over $100m of production, according to his LinkedIn profile.
