ABC – yes, the TV output is shrinking, and here is the proof

The ABC has never liked releasing its global budget figures, taking refuge in the idea that annual numbers don’t account for the real flow of production etc etc. 

Kim Dalton’s Currency paper provided some chapter and verse for global decline, but with depressingly little impact.
