Bad Girl to haunt US college night owls

Bad Girl, eight years in the making, backed only by Screenwest and the MIFF Premiere Fund, distributed by the very boutique Curious, with a tiny run in the cinema has been an orphan of the Australian film industry. Unlike many films which disappear without a trace, this one is kept alive by excellent performances, a tight script by a veteran writer, and a lovely, honed look.
