It’s easy to to tick the emotional boxes about diversity and inclusion and new voices and stories in the screen sector. It is romantic and rosy and touchy-feely. 

The Talent Camp program created by AFTRS with Screen Australia and the state screen agencies goes beyond lip service to create some concrete realities.
