How much does a Screen Hub membership cost? Membership is just $89 for 12 months, or $142 for two years.
I've forgotten my Password It happens to the best of us. Just click the Forgot Your Password? link below the log in area, and your Username and Password will be Emailed to you.
What's the story with membership renewals? Membership is valid for 12 months. You can find out when yours is due to end by looking at the red date shown on your Email bulletins. Alternatively, the membership expiry date is shown below your name and company when you are logged in.
I need to change my Password or Email address No problem, just click the Member Options link in the right hand bar once you have logged in. To protect your privacy, Member Options is only displayed once you have logged in.
I’ve renewed my membership, but I keep on getting reminder notices It’s possible that while you were renewing your membership you entered a different Email address. This means that the Screen Hub database will have created a new membership for you, rather than renewing the old one.
At the top of the Firefox window, click on the Firefox button (Tools menu in Windows XP) and then click Options.
Select the Privacy panel.
Set Firefox will: to Use custom settings for history.
Make sure Accept cookies from sites is selected.
Make sure Accept third party cookies is selected.
Disabling third party cookies can cause problems with some websites. Enable this setting to rule it out as a cause for your problem.
Click Exceptions.
Make sure screenhub.com.au isn't listed.
If it is listed, click on its entry, then click Remove Site.
You should now be able to log in.
If you are using Google Chrome
Click the wrench/spanner icon on the browser toolbar.
Select Options (Preferences on Mac and Linux; Settings on a Chromebook).
Click the Under the Hood tab.
Click Content settings in the "Privacy" section.
Click the Cookies tab in the Content Settings dialog that appears
Click Manage exceptions
Click the "Add a new exception pattern" field and enter the domain name for which you want to create an exception. To create exceptions for an entire domain, insert *. before the domain name (e.g. *.screenhub.com.au).
Use the menu to choose whether the site can set cookies. If you select Session only, its cookies are deleted every time you close your browser.
Screen Hub uses the industry standard 'ssl' secure server encryption when we process your credit card. It means that all financial information is encrypted as it travels between your computer, our server, and the bank.
We DO NOT keep your credit card details, they are used once for your membership, then discarded immediately afterwards.
